Nate Poling serves as a Senior Instructional Consultant at the Center for Teaching Excellence, consulting with faculty and departments to enhance curriculum design and student learning outcomes.

His professional focus centers on the integration of High-Impact Practices (HIPs) and Community/Civic Engagement in Academic Contexts. In alignment with University initiatives, Nate coordinates key assessment and implementation components of the TAMU Citizenship and Service Program, focusing on the development of operational frameworks to measure civic engagement and program impact.

With a background in Risk Assessment and Evaluation in Teaching and Learning, he collaborates across the institution to support data-driven teaching strategies and create sustainable, compliant learning environments.
